Everything we offer, and the questions that come with it.
Ask us anything. That’s the job.
From the free consultation to keeping the weight off, here is how each program works, what it costs, and what to expect. If your question is not here, the consultation is free and we will answer it there.
Questions about the HCG program have their own page: read the HCG FAQ.
Getting started
The first visit, and what it costs.
What to expect before you ever pick up a prescription.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The first conversation is free with no commitment. We talk through your health history, your current medications and what you want to change, then build a plan around you. You leave with something you can read before you decide.
Do I need insurance?
No. No insurance is necessary, and our pricing is competitive. We are more affordable than most clinics, and the consultation costs nothing.
What should I bring to my first visit?
A list of every medication, vitamin and supplement you take, and all of your questions. Bring a friend or spouse if they will be part of your success. If you decide to move forward, your provider may order blood work before writing a prescription.
Who will I be working with?
A licensed medical provider and a coach. Our family nurse practitioners review your history and write your prescription; your coach weighs and measures you at every visit and adjusts the plan as your body changes. Meet the team.
Where are you, and when are you open?
4919 Prospect Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 am, Thursday from 9 am and Saturday from 7:30 am. Full hours are in the contact section, or call 505‑888‑0797.
GLP‑1, GIP and peptides
Prescription weight loss, explained.
The medications most people ask about first.
What is a GLP‑1 and how does it help me lose weight?
GLP‑1 medications such as semaglutide mimic a hormone your gut releases after eating. It prompts the body to produce more insulin, which lowers blood sugar, and in higher amounts it acts on the parts of the brain that reduce appetite and signal fullness. You eat less without fighting hunger all day.
What is the difference between GLP‑1 and GIP?
GIP is a second gut hormone that works alongside GLP‑1. Medications such as tirzepatide act on both receptors at once, which for many people means stronger appetite control and greater weight loss than a GLP‑1 alone. Your provider will talk through which is right for you.
Are these medications FDA‑approved?
Ozempic, Rybelsus, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Zepbound are FDA‑approved products. Compounded versions are not FDA‑approved, and the agency does not verify their safety or effectiveness. We will tell you exactly what you are getting and where it comes from. See the full facts.
Where do my prescriptions come from?
State‑licensed pharmacies registered with the FDA, never an unregulated online source. Vitamin B12 is included with every prescription.
What are peptides?
Short chains of amino acids that signal the body to do specific things. Alongside GLP‑1 and GIP medications, we offer peptide therapies such as sermorelin for anti‑aging support, prescribed and monitored by our licensed provider.
Do you check my other medications?
Yes. Before you start, we check every medication and supplement you take for interactions with the prescription and with food. This is prescription medicine, and you will understand the pros and cons before you begin.
What happens when I stop the medication?
We have a wean‑off protocol built so that when it is time to come off your medication, you keep your success. It pairs with a Micro/Macro post‑program designed from your logs and lifestyle.
Body and skin
Non‑surgical treatments that finish the job.
For the areas the scale does not touch, and the skin left behind after weight loss.
What is non‑surgical body slimming?
Ultrasonic cavitation, a body‑contouring process that uses ultrasound to break down fat deposits in a targeted area so your lymphatic system can eliminate them. Our 3‑D machine runs a four‑step process: loosening the fascia around the fat, breaking down the fat cells, vacuum and radiofrequency to smooth skin and cellulite, and moving the mobilized fat toward your lymphatic drainage points. No incisions, minimal discomfort, no downtime. Results vary and the before‑and‑after care instructions matter.
What is Morpheus8?
A non‑surgical radiofrequency microneedling treatment that tightens, contours and rejuvenates skin by stimulating collagen and elastin. It is ideal for loose skin after weight loss, fine lines, texture and scars, with very little downtime.
What is V‑Tone?
An FDA‑cleared, non‑surgical treatment that strengthens the pelvic floor to help with bladder leakage, without surgery, anesthesia or downtime. Sessions are about 30 minutes, in a series of 3 to 8 treatments customized to you, and most women notice improvement within weeks.
Injectables and anti‑aging
Look even younger than you feel.
Cosmetic injections and anti‑aging support, at prices that let us dose properly.
How much is Xeomin?
Currently $9 per unit. Botulinum injections are typically offered at around $12 per unit; our lower price lets us administer the dosing you actually need without taking too much of your income. No minimums, memberships or long‑term commitments. Call 505‑888‑0797 to reserve a session, because these slots go quickly.
What is sermorelin?
A peptide therapy we offer for anti‑aging support, prescribed and monitored by our licensed provider. Ask about it at your consultation.
Nutrition and support
Everything that happens between visits.
The food plan, supplements and tools that make the program yours.
What is the Micro/Macro food plan?
A custom food program written for how you actually live, not a one‑size list. Your provider writes the prescription; you leave with a plan built from your history, logs and lifestyle, and your coach adjusts it as your body changes.
Do you offer supplements?
Yes. We use professional‑grade supplements from manufacturers that adhere to GPP guidelines, every one of them used by our staff and tested by our clients. Recommended samples are provided free of charge so we can find what works for you on our dime, not yours.
What is DNA profiling?
A tool we use to tailor your program. You can complete a questionnaire designed by our staff to narrow down your DNA markers, or provide a cheek swab for a complete DNA breakdown. Either way, we learn what your body needs to be balanced and healthy. We also use your blood type to build your diet around the proteins your body processes best.
How do I keep the weight off afterward?
With a free post‑diet program built to make the success outlast the medication. We also address other health challenges, through supplements and food, alongside your prescription.
